Warehousing:
Outlander’s Austin area warehouse facility provides a spacious and secure location for your inventory. We offer climate-controlled storage for any temperature sensitive products.

At Outlander, we take pride in our ability to manage your inventory. We can provide you with an accurate inventory report as often as you require. Take advantage of our open door policy, and stop by to see exactly where your products are being stored during business hours; no appointment needed.

Receiving:
Outlander understands the importance of accurate receipt and complete quality inspection on all incoming inventory. Upon arrival, all products are verified with the corresponding purchase order and entered into our computerized inventory system. After receipt of your products, we will promptly shelve them in an appropriate storage area.

Kitting:
Kitting has always been a tedious and manual process. Our warehouse is equipped with a shrink wrap production line which provides you with the ability to have kits professionally assembled by well- qualified personnel.

Shipping:
Outlander’s meticulous logistics and fulfillment process includes the picking, packing, manifesting and tracking for all shipments. We offer domestic and international shipping for all clients. Our shipping department utilizes online UPS for tracking and billing information, but we have the ability to ship with any carrier of your choosing. Same day shipping on orders received by 3:00 p.m. (CST).
